Green 2.0's annual NGO and Foundation Transparency Report Card provides critical data on the diversity found on the staffs and boards of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and foundations.

The 2022 report card shows steady progress on key metrics but is also a reminder of how much further we have to go.

As your land trust identifies DEI practices that are priorities, it will be important for your organization to think about the mix of compensation, benefits, advancement opportunities, training, leadership and mentoring opportunities that are best suited to advancing your diversity, equity, inclusion and justice goals and objectives.
