Discuss as a group
The same people that started the Internal to the Organization journey—staff, board members and key volunteers.
If feasible, you may consider inviting the external participants (partners, allies, donors, advisory council members) that completed the Evaluation to join you in one or more of the group discussions. Or perhaps hold a small convening to summarize your discussions and the impact they’ve had on your organization.
Who should participate
By this point, you should have communication norms, such as the group agreements that you developed for your group discussions under the Internal to the Organization component. This is a good time to review these as a group and revise as needed based on your experience using the tools. Customize them to your group as much as possible.
