Once you've completed your first set of Topics, revisit the check-in.

Don't be alarmed if your ratings go down. Progress on a diversity, equity and inclusion journey includes becoming aware that you didn’t know what you didn’t know. Increased awareness often causes individuals to rate themselves lower.

Again, using the results of your check-in as a guide, choose the next two to three Topics that you want to learn more about. If you have completed all the Topics, identify and explore other Topics that have sparked your interest based on what you have learned so far.
