Choose topics
As a group, choose the top three to five topics from the list below that you want to learn more about.
The same people that started the Internal to the Organization journey—staff, board members and key volunteers—will now start the External to the Organization journey as a group and continue to have group discussions.
Who should participate
Use the results of the evaluation as a guide. You may decide to address gaps by beginning with topics that received lower ratings. Or you may decide to begin with your strengths and choose the topics that received the highest ratings. Add these topics to your Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Action Plan and schedule at least one group discussion for each topic.
