The Land Trust Alliance's New York Office is pleased to offer this Lunch and Learn session with Steve Jordan, principal of G. Steve Jordan Films. Every organization wants to inspire and inform the wider world about their mission, but how can you get people to pay attention to your message? In a competitive marketing and fundraising environment, authentic and emotionally compelling video can be a key to breaking through. But simply presenting a video chronicling the successes of your organization — acres preserved, residents housed, children fed — is not compelling. In this session, we’ll explore what makes good storytelling and how it may be harnessed using short videos to win hearts and minds.
