Land Trust Alliance public comments
To ensure that the public has the opportunity to participate in federal rulemaking and other requests for information, the Administrative Procedures Act requires federal agencies to post notice and seek public comment. Agencies must give consideration to public comments received, so commenting provides a great opportunity for the Alliance to advocate for land conservation in federal rulemaking and requests for information. The comments shared here are specific to the intersection of energy infrastructure and land conservation.
