About This Saving Land

As climate change reshapes ecosystems, land trust staff and volunteers around the country are attempting constructive responses and trying to help landowners adapt. Many challenges require the help of scientists as land managers confront problems that are new to their regions or occurring on an unprecedented scale.

Increasingly, they’re forced to ask — in one’s words — “How do we put back the resiliency in the landscape?”
