About This Webinar

Land trusts flourish because of the skills, expertise, dedication and love for the land that board members provide. This August, board members of Southeast land trusts are invited to attend “summer school,” where we will provide board members with the tools they need become confident leaders for their land trusts.

Through four sessions, we’ll provide an overview of governance, acquisition projects, stewardship, fundraising and finance. This is a basic introductory level course for new board members or those that want a high-level refresher.

The sessions will take place virtually on Aug. 6, 14, 20 and 27 from 1-2 p.m. Eastern. Can’t make one of the dates? All registrants will receive recording links after each session.
