While a risk management plan is essential, it can't foresee everything and that’s where a business continuity plan comes in. Stuff happens, we might as well be ready for it.

    • Scenario Planning – Putting the Plan to Work

      ​Use practical tools and templates to apply what you've learned in hands-on scenario planning exercises. Gain confidence in knowing what to do in the first hour, the first day, and the first week of a crisis. This session will help you ensure that your organization can thrive in the face of unexpected challenges, giving leaders peace of mind.

    About Ted Bilich

    ​Ted Bilich of Risk Alternatives speaks regularly before large and small groups throughout the United States on risk management, board governance, civic engagement, ethics and number of other issues. He is the author of Managing Your Nonprofit for Resilience. He received his B.A. in economics summa cum laude from Wake Forest University and his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School. Ted is a Standards for Excellence licensed consultant and is currently President of the National Standards for Excellence Council.
