Pass-through projects, where a land trust acquires land with the intention of another entity being the permanent owner, are a useful method of protecting land, but what does it take to accomplish them successfully? Christie Henderson (TennGreen), Jenny Katz (National Park Foundation), and Laura Bower and Kyle Shenk (The Conservation Fund) share their insights into what makes a good project and skills needed for success. Reggie Hall of Legacy Works Group will moderate a panel discussion so attendees can benefit from multiple perspectives.
