Great efforts have been taken in recent years to increase diversity in the environmental movement with mixed results. This report focuses on the factors that impact the retention and promotion of People of Color in the environmental movement. Using a blend of qualitative and quantitative data from employees, their HR or diversity managers, and their CEOs, this report examines the factors that impact intent to stay in the organization for People of Color in the environmental movement.
