About This Legal Opinion
The IRS issued a summons seeking copies of all conservation easement appraisal reports prepared by James Clower, including those not used for federal income tax substantiation purposes. Clower ignored the summons and the IRS filed a petition to enforce. This is the 2017 11th circuit decision.
