Track Policy
About This Web Link
Track Policy is an interactive, map-based platform that compiles and visualizes artificial intelligence and data center policy activity across countries, U.S. states and regional governments. Created to address the fragmented nature of policy information, the site brings together legislation, news and infrastructure data in one place, allowing users to quickly understand how different jurisdictions are approaching AI regulation and data center development.
Each location on the map includes a summary of current bills, policy “stances” and key trends, along with details about proposed regulations, incentives and restrictions. Rather than advocating for specific outcomes, Track Policy focuses on providing clear, accessible information about what policies are being proposed, their status and their potential effects.
