About This Legal Opinion

The Court held that laches applied given the 20 year delay in the suit, the seriousness of prejudice caused by divestment and tht Audubon did not have unclean hands. The Court noted that Audubon had restored wildlife habitat, made improvements, and paid $18,000 of property taxes.
