About This Legal Opinion
The Ogdens owned two abutting lots in the Town of Delafield classified as 'agricultural' from 2012 through 2015. In 2016, the tax assessor reclassified the lots as 'residential,' determining that the agricultural use was not commercial and therefore did not qualify under the current use program.
