In 2009, the Sonoma Land Trust accepted a donated conservation easement on a 34-acre parcel. Respondent purchased the property in 2013 and engaged in a variety of destructive behaviors. After respondent refused to carry out SLT's demands for restoration, SLT filed suit in 2015.
