About This Sample

As landowners look to sell their land protected under conservation easement, potential buyers may not understand what a conservation easement is or how it works. This guide is meant to assist landowners on how to market their land to potential buyers, provide basic information for buyers on the function and elements of a conservation easement, and provide a format to convey property-specific information for potential buyers.

It's designed for land trusts to share with realtors, landowners and potential buyers.

Land trusts can customize the fillable PDF version to include their organization's name.
