In this Saving Land article, we share stories and perspectives of conservation land trusts and community land trusts finding opportunities to come together. Some are pursuing a joint mission of affordable housing and land conservation and others are inventing new ways to conserve land for all.
Land trusts across the country are setting new and bigger goals as part of a global movement to increase the pace of conservation and address challenges such as climate change, loss of habitat and agricultural lands, and to ensure equitable access to the land.
