About This Legal Opinion

In 1993, Cardiff School District and City of Encinitas received park renovation funding under LWCF, which requires the park be retained for public outdoor recreation unless National Park Service approves a replacement of similar recreation properties. In 2020, renovations impacted 14% of the park.
