Salzburg v. Dowd - Memorandum in Support of the Jackson Hole Land Trust

Posted 2017 Reviewed June 29, 2022
About This Legal Opinion

The Land Trust believes that the termination of the conservation easement by action of the Johnson County Commission that is the subject of this suit should be set aside by this Court as the implications for the permanency of conservation easements are significant and potentially national in scope.
