About This Legal Opinion

The Jackson Hole Land Trust ("Jackson Hole") has filed a motion to intervene claiming intervention of right under Rule 24(a)(2) or, alternatively, permissive Rule 24(b). On the other hand, the Wyoming Stock Growers Agricultural Land Trust ("WSGALT") seeks only permissive intervention under Rule 24(b)(2) or, alternatively, leave to appear amicus curiae.
