About This Legal Opinion

Land trust sued claiming that the assemblage into a single lot violated the no-subdivision restriction. The trial court ruled that 'subdivision' was defined under D.C. code as the division or consolidation of lots, so held that the landowner violated the easement. Affirmed on appeal.
