In a title dispute, the appellate court affirmed, finding that Mohonk's survey was reliable, while Ullrich's survey was fatally flawed for a variety of reasons. In particular, the court noted that Ullrich's surveyor made a number of omissions and conclusions that departed from generally accepted practices.
