Lyme Land Conservation Trust v Platner (Lyme IV)

In Lyme IV, the CT Supreme Court affirmed the lower court's ruling that Platner had violated the easement. The Court found that Platner went well beyond her reserved mowing rights when she removed and placed soil and destroyed understory growth in the wooded areas. The Court remanded on damages.
