About This Legal Opinion

The trial court held for the plaintiffs, finding that the 2010 and 2013 amendments, by allowing structures other than farmstands, as well as other uses, violated both GML § 247 and the public trust doctrine, and enjoined the County from permitting agricultural structures of any kind. Reversed on appeal.
