This 15-minute module covers Land Trust Standards and Practices, Practice 2A: Compliance with Laws, which includes one element:

1. Do not knowingly conduct operations in violation of law

Land Trust Standards and Practices Practice Element 3A2 on board oversight, includes five elements. This module addresses the second element, 3A2b: Working to ensure that sufficient financial resources are available.

During the one-day summit, participants will generate ideas for productive initiatives that New Jersey’s conservation community can jointly pursue.

Land Trust Standards and Practices, Practice 6A. Fiscal Health, includes five elements. This module addresses Practice 6A5: Build and maintain dedicated or restricted funds sufficient to cover the long-term costs of stewarding and defending the land trust's land and conservation easements.

This is a conflict of interest policy template reviewed and approved by the Land Trust Accreditation Commission. The annotated version includes commentary from the Commission on specific elements required for accreditation.
