Idaho Rivers United v. Hudson II
About This Legal Opinion
The Forest Service had not maintained the road since 1987 and did not meet the federal statutory definition of a public road. The Forest Service would have to grant a special permit. It would be in the public interest to uphold the protections for the Wild and Scenic River corridor.
