About This Legal Opinion

The district court held on summary judgement for Burlington, finding that Henstooth's flawed restoration efforts were intentional and not accidental. The court found it irrelevant that Henstooth didn't intend to cause further harm by its restoration efforts, because it acted intentionally in undertaking those efforts.
