Glass v. van Lokeren

About This Legal Opinion

July 2014 Update: In 2009, the Glasses filed yet another suit against LTC and a neighbor who served on LTC’s board, allegedly based on post-2008 actions. The main issue in this case was whether LTC or the neighbor tortuously interfered with the Glasses’ attempts to subdivide and sell the conservation easement property. This action was dismissed by the trial court and by the Court of Appeals in Glass v. Van Lokeren, No. 302385 (Ct. App. Mich. March 25, 2014) (Unpublished).
