Fox Chapel v. Walters, 2007 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 57669, 2007 WL

Posted 2018
About This Legal Opinion

This case is about the scope of a 1966 road easement and whether its use was exceeded, not the conservation easement. The court held that plaintiff's claims of damage to wildlife on the conservation easement property were vague and unsupported . Ultimately the suit was dismissed.
