About This Legal Opinion
In September 1995 the Interstate Commerce Comm. issued a Notice of Interim Trail Use for 12 miles of a railroad corridor. In April 1997 the Central Kansas Conservancy accepted a deed for easement rights over the corridor, but abutting landowners interfered with attempts to establish/maintain trails.
