Bolinger v. Neal Colorado Court of Appeals -- October 14, 2010
About This Legal Opinion
The appellate court reversed the quiet title claim, holding that the 2004 amended plat created a trail easement, the conservation easement permitted a grant of access to adjacent landowners and use of the 20-foot-wide path on the 2004 amended plat was not an improvement so did not require approval.
