About This Course

Assessing Your Organization is a series of assessment tools designed to complement the 2017 Land Trust Standards and Practices. While there are many different types of organizational assessments, the Land Trust Alliance specifically designed the AYO for land trusts and other groups that wish to evaluate their progress toward implementing the Standards. Drawing on the expertise of Alliance staff and consultants who have guided hundreds of organizations through the AYO process, this 15-minute course provides practical tips and guidance on how to make the AYO a productive learning experience for your land trust.
