Average Adjusted Gross Income Certification and Verification Fact Sheet

The 2018 Farm Bill requires the implementation of an average adjusted gross income limitation for payment eligibility for the 2019 through 2023 program years. The AGI limitation provision applies to most programs administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency and Natural Resources Conservation Service.
