To improve the length of time for initial processing of approvals for Cooperative or Grant Agreements, as well as associated modifications to those agreements, NRCS developed an approach that will use a combination of ACEP-ALE Program Agreements, along with associated individual ACEP-ALE Parcel Cost-Share Contracts.
