Tools and resources for heirs' property landowners

Landowners facing heirs’ property issues must have the tools and resources they need to resolve ownership challenges and make decisions about the future of their land. Resolving heirs’ property issues opens the door to conservation easement programs such as the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP) and the Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP), both important tools to help landowners to keep their land in the family. The resources on this page will help you get started researching programs designed to help resolve heirs’ property.
