I have represented New York State land trusts for over 25 years.  I have also acted as a board member and volunteer for land trusts.  Organizations that I have worked with include Western New York Land Conservancy, Genesee Valley Conservancy, Finger Lakes Land Trust, New York Agricultural Land Trust and Otsego Land Trust.  I have closed transactions protecting over 40,000 acres of land and worked extensively with New York State's Farmland Protection Implementation program.
