    Lands Trails and Parks LLC specializes in helping small and all-volunteer land trusts meet national accreditation standards, recruit and train Board members, and improve operations, outreach, and governance. Don Owen, the Senior Executive for Lands Trails and Parks LLC, consults regularly for the Land Trust Alliance and land trusts, trail organizations, and agencies across the country. Services provided include Guided Organizational Assessments (AYOs), accreditation coaching, leadership development, Board and executive staff recruitment and training, and assistance in building capacity.
