As a Latinx who has worked stateside and internationally, she will share practical tools to promote inclusiveness focusing on the things we have in common and ideas for community outreach. Additionally, she will provide simple steps we can all take to recruit board members, staff and volunteers that are representative of the communities your organization serves.
