Since 1982, the all-volunteer Pascommuck Conservation Trust has worked to preserve the unique landscape of Easthampton, Massachusetts: Its productive farms, mountain ridge backdrop, pine and hemlock woods, and picturesque streams. Land owned by the Trust — along with many areas protected in cooperation with other non-profits and government agencies — is enjoyed by residents of and visitors to this small city, compact but rich in history, natural habitats, and culture.
