Methow Conservancy stays firmly on the ground

Two missions — preserving land and creating affordable housing — might be considered contradictory. But in June, the Land Trust Alliance, a national organization that supports and accredits land trusts like the Methow Conservancy, hosted a webinar that illuminated the increasing collaboration between land trusts and organizations looking to have a role in affordable housing.
