State program shields family cattle farm in South Carolina from development

AM PM Farms is a home to hundreds of cattle. The farm has signed a conservation easement with the South Carolina Farm Bureau Land Trust and is funded by the South Carolina Conservation Bank. The easement protects 418 acres of farmland from future development. This includes a mile and a half of Durbin Creek, a surrounding natural resource connected to the Enoree River.
