State allocates over $900,000 for five southeast Idaho conservation projects

Sagebrush Steppe Land Trust will receive funding to protect nearly 3,800 acres in the Blackfoot–Willow Creek Highlands priority area, securing vital migratory routes, winter range and upland grassland habitat for species of greatest conservation need, including greater sage grouse and Columbian sharp-tailed grouse.
