Northwest Arkansas Land Trust gains conservation easement on 75 acres near Elkins

The Northwest Arkansas Land Trust received a permanent conservation easement of 75 acres near Elkins within the Beaver Lake watershed. The property includes pasture land and oak-hickory forest, with more than 60 acres of mature woods including a diverse blend of native trees and understory plant species. Beaver Lake is Northwest Arkansas' main drinking water supply.
