New owners aim to preserve historic Dodge Farm for community recreation

A couple purchased the property to preserve its recreational opportunities and restore its historic farmstead. They reached out to the Upper Valley Land Trust to establish a conservation easement that would protect 99% of the land. Additionally, they communicated with the local snow machine club to ensure continued access to a snowmobile trail that traverses the property.
