Lowcountry Land trust secures easement to protect 314 acres in ACE Basin

The full easement adds 314 acres to the nearly 14,340 acres of protected land along the Ashepoo River. According to the Land Trust, the landscape will also connect to the 8,048-acre Donnelley Wildlife Management Area, and will contribute to the over 300,000 acres of conserved lands within the ACE Basin conservation project area.
