In milestone year, Thousand Islands Land Trust continues conservation work, fights to protect St. Lawrence shoreline

Forty years of conservation — that's 15,000 acres placed under permanent protection, that's 30 miles of recreational trails open to the community and our public year-round, that's 10 signature preserves from Cape Vincent to Hammond, that's 250 volunteers coming out on an annual basis, helping clean our shorelines, our preserves, making sure our properties are maintained.
