Groups celebrate preservation of 18-acre property along I-70

The Mountain Area Land Trust recently celebrated the preservation of 18 acres along the I-70 corridor with several other organizations and neighboring landowners. Floyd Hill Meadow, located in front of Clear Creek High School, is now protected by a conservation easement that ensures it will never be developed. It's located south of Floyd Hill Open Space, a popular hiking and mountain biking area MALT also helped to preserve.
