Frenchman’s Creek Ranch enters conservation easement

A historic 447-acre ranch north of Buena Vista has been entered into a conservation easement with Central Colorado Conservancy. Frenchman’s Creek Ranch includes irrigated and rangeland pastures and significant agricultural water rights. The ranch is owned and operated by Belinda and Todd Tipton, who grow hay and raise Highland cattle, pigs, sheep, chickens and turkeys on the property seven miles north of Buena Vista.
