Farmer turns down $15.7 million offer from data center developers

Preserving farmland for future generations was so important to a farmer in Pennsylvania that he rejected a deal worth more than $15 million from data center developers. Instead, the 261-acre family farm will be protected forever under a conservation easement with Lancaster Farmland Trust.
